MONTERAIL is looking for a Key Account Manager

We help businesses of all sizes in all continents with high profiled Ruby on Rails and JavaScript development skills as well as strong product and UX design expertise.

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to help us redesign our business development strategy and create new growth opportunities.

Being the key person in Monterail dedicated exclusively to client relationship management and sales activities, you will have an opportunity to redefine this function in our team. You will report directly to our CEO and gradually take over full responsibility for our inbound sales. Over time, you will also help us build team structure and processes to explore outbound sales possibilities. More background of this role is available here.

You will:

  • Develop and nurture new client relationships to provide trust-based premium client experience
  • Grow our business as much as our clients by upselling and identifying win-win solutions
  • Become fully accountable for all incoming leads
  • Be responsible for pre-qualifying and qualifying inbound leads
  • Develop the sales pipeline by generating new leads and identifying new business opportunities
  • Propose new models and solutions to document and iteratively optimize our sales process
  • Gradually take over leadership of Account Executives team responsible for closing new deals and proposing new solutions to our current clients
  • Grow the team by both hiring new team members as well as developing our top talents
  • Oversee the HubSpot CRM data quality
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on evaluating buyer personas and lead generation process
  • Coordinate offer and contract handling

Ideally you:

  • Have 2+ years of account management experience
  • Have been working in software development services or software solutions industry
  • Are familiar with CRM systems like HubSpot, SalesForce or similar
  • Speak and write in English (almost) like it was your mother tongue
  • Are an excellent team builder, mentor and motivator
  • Have an outstanding communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Like Mondays as much as Fridays

  • Proven track record of success in leading account executives teams
  • Established network of professional contacts that can transform into potential leads
  • Good understanding of web and mobile technologies
  • Knowledge of HubSpot

Salary:

8000 – 11000 PLN net + VAT (B2B contract)

Negotiable depending on skills, experience and your potential.
